Miami condo sales dollar volume continues to drop

Miami condo sales dollar volume continued to fall last week, while the number of sales increased, continuing a trend from previous weeks.

A total of 73 condos sold for $28.6 million last week. That’s compared to 65 units that sold for $35 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $392,000 or $388 per square foot.

Bayview Fisher Island unit 5342 marked the most expensive sale of the week. The Fisher Island condo traded for $833 per square foot after 666 days on the market. Jill Eber represented the buyer and the seller.

The second top deal was at Parque Towers in Sunny Isles Beach. Unit 2308 traded for $1.18 million, or $470 per square foot, after 277 days on the market. The listing agent was Flavia Glass and the buyer’s agent was Kelly Charles.
